Yes, we provide full OEM & ODM services. Our design team supports customized logos, sizing, colors, packaging, and custom styling.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for customized designs?
Generally, the MOQ is 2000pcs per color, depending on the specific design and requests. Order quantities lower than the MOQ may affect the unit cost.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we focus primarily on wholesale services. Under our pricing structure, larger order quantities qualify for lower unit prices.
What payment terms do you support?
We support standard payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Credit Card.
What is the policy regarding product returns and refunds?
If verified manufacturing defects are found, we will refund the product cost. However, the following situations do not represent manufacturing defects:
- Measurement differences: Manual measurements can present a normal 1-3cm variance.
- Temporary creasing: Minor creases caused by shipping will flatten out naturally over 1-15 days of placement.
- Initial material smell: Normal processing smells will naturally dissipate within 1-15 days when stored in a ventilated area.
- Minor loose threads: Minor loose threads from sewing are typical and standard for textile manufacturing.
- Display variation: Minor color discrepancies can happen due to screen display settings and lighting conditions.
